I can't believe how crappy this plastic thing looks. My 14mo daughter loves Elmo and likes the remote but I can't get over the fact that not only was the plastic horribly stamped - the one I got was repackaged. The plastic is a rough surface with uneven smoothing. It has damage to its shell that could only have been done by someone who had it out of the package and returned it.
